Any delay or failure to comply will result in the <strong data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1615\">forfeiture of remaining benefits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1621\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1793\"><strong data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1664\">GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE &amp; CIVIL ID UPDATE<\/strong><br data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1667\" \/>The Ministry also clarified that filing for legal status adjustment does not preclude individuals from submitting an appeal.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"2227\">\n<li data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1982\">\n<p data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1982\">Grievances may be submitted to the <strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1914\">Grievance Committee for Withdrawal, Forfeiture, and Loss of Kuwaiti Citizenship<\/strong>, operating under <strong data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"1979\">Cabinet Resolutions No. 207 and 493 of 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2227\">\n<p data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2227\">Upon successful regularization, affected individuals will be issued a <strong data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2071\">new civil ID<\/strong> reflecting their updated nationality.
