It will:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"753\">\n<li data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"638\">\n<p data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"638\">Recommend personalized wellness plans<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"665\">\n<p data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"665\">Support career changes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"710\">\n<p data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"710\">Use data to assign you to the ideal team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"753\">\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"753\">Predict if you\u2019re considering quitting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1142\">The report outlines 16 key trends expected to reshape talent management in governments and companies, including AI-driven hiring and training, and new team structures with self-managed groups instead of traditional bosses. Future jobs may place less emphasis on traditional degrees and more on practical skills. Working alongside AI daily will become the norm.
