\u200bHigh Debt and Fiscal Deficit: The country has a heavy burden of external and domestic debt, which strains its financial resources and leads to a balance of payments crisis. The government often struggles to generate enough revenue to cover its expenditures, leading to budgetary deficits.<\/p>\n
\u200bInflation: High inflation erodes the purchasing power of the population and increases the cost of living, further exacerbating poverty.<\/p>\n
\u200bEnergy Crisis: Pakistan has historically faced severe energy shortages, with regular power outages (load-shedding) that disrupt daily life and cripple industrial productivity.<\/p>\n
